What is the standard shipping timeframe for international orders?

Does iKKO offer a warranty on audio products?
Yes, all iKKO hardware products come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and technical malfunctions under normal use.
What is your return policy for in-ear monitors (IEMs)?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Due to hygiene reasons, IEMs must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact to qualify for a full refund.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay.
How can I track my package after it has been shipped?

Are iKKO products compatible with both iOS and Android?
Most iKKO DACs and earphones are designed for universal compatibility. However, some specific features may require a Lightning to USB-C adapter for older iOS devices.
